Argentina’s first female pilot to operate DJI Dock in oilfields
At Uali, we celebrate every milestone that combines technology, innovation, and diversity. Today, we’re proud to highlight a new achievement: Daiana, a member of our Operations team, has become the first female drone pilot in Argentina to operate the DJI Dock system for autonomous surveys in energy sites.

The DJI Dock represents a revolution in how we carry out remote inspections. It’s an automated station that enables pre-programmed flights without direct human intervention, autonomously deploying drones for monitoring, detection, and analysis tasks in complex environments like oilfields. And Daiana is not just in control, she leads each mission with precision, dedication, and vision.
Her journey is a testament to the strength of female talent in a field historically dominated by men. With every flight, Daiana proves that technological transformation is also an opportunity to reshape teams, ways of working, and the future for new generations.
“It's a job full of challenges, but also a great opportunity for growth, both professionally and personally” - Daiana Espinoza, Uali Drone Pilot
The integration of DJI Docks marked a major milestone in asset management. Not only does it extend the operational reach, but it also improves the frequency of inspections in remote areas. In the hands of professionals like Daiana, this technology gains even greater significance: it represents not just operational efficiency, but a symbol of the** space women are carving out in field-deployed innovation.**
